Olivia and the Fairy Princesses by Ian Falconer

And the winner of the best 2012 picture book:

Strangely enough, this book did a much better job at capturing my child's attention than the original Olivia did. Perhaps because the story was more imaginative and humorous. I will still not say that this is our favorite of children's books, but I can say this little pig might just grow on you. This time you can join Olivia in her troubles as she gets bored of the regular princess and searches for something different.

When  it comes to Olivia and the Fairy Princesses?

Shut Up and Read It.
